"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." Jeff strongly supports and defends the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution. He will support legislation that supports the Second Amendment and opposes legislation that seeks to abolish or weaken the Second Amendment.
